AR| SITH-R Rear Recovery Shackle and Receiver
The S.I.T.H.-R carries over the same 7075 billet aluminum and beefy design and robustness of our S.I.T.H. Shackles but adds our chunky 7075 black powder coated receiver. The bolt is our proprietary machined 316 stainless steel unit, also utilized on the S.I.T.H. shackle.
Use Case:
Where we've really brought innovation to the rear mounted shackle is in the spring loaded pin detents. The S.I.T.H.-R Shackle has four pin detents that hold the shackle in position. This means no swinging of your shackle as you go down the road or trail. It also means if you want it to hang with a bit of a cant, you can do that too. There's also a detent that positions the shackle in an upward angle to aid in installing a soft shackle, so you're not holding the shackle up with one hand and threading the soft shackle with your other hand or just needlessly dragging it behind you as you depart an obstacle.
