Shipping Policy

Due to global supply chain for raw materials, there may be lead time on items. Please contact us prior to checkout, if you need a lead time estimate. Our products are produced in small batches to control quality. Because of this, we have entire runs of parts sell out in one day. Pre-orders for parts are recommended.

In stock parts will typically ship on the next business day. Our larger items (splitters, wings, side splitters, diffusers) ship LTL freight or UPS Ground.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept unopened and unused product returns within 30 days of purchase. Please attach any information such as your order invoice or email conversations to help process your return as fast as possible. Email pitcrew@archetyperacing.com to initiate a return and receive an RMA number, if required. Customer will pay a 20% restocking fee and all applicable return shipping cost. Refund will be processed, in 24-72 hours, once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Orders/items can be exchanged for a like product, prior to shipment of the order. If customer order has shipped, the customer will pay return shipping of original order. Once the original order is received, the replacement/exchange item will be shipped.

Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

Orders that are cancelled, prior to order shipment will incur a 10% refund processing fee. Please email pitcrew@archetyperacing.com to request a cancellation of your order. Order cancellation/refunds are processed 24-72 hours from cancellation request acknowledgement.
