Due to ongoing raw material supply chain challenges, some items may require additional processing time before they ship. Please contact us prior to purchase if you need an updated lead time estimate. All of our products are custom built in small batches to ensure the highest quality, pre-orders are always recommended. You will receive tracking information for your order as soon as it's ready to ship. In-stock parts typically ship the next business day after they are ordered. Larger items (splitters, wings, side splitters, diffusers) may ship via LTL freight or UPS Ground. We appreciate your patience as we understand you're excited to receive your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns or exchanges for products that are unused and in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returned items. Customers are responsible for return shipping for all returns and exchanges. If returned items are damaged upon receipt, an additional fee will be assessed. Products that have been installed are not eligible for return or exchange. All exchanged items must be received from the customer before we are able to ship out any replacement items.

Order Cancellation & Refund Policy
All sales are final, including preorders. Preordered items are not eligible for cancellation.
Orders that are eligible to be canceled by the customer, prior to shipment, will incur a 15% processing fee. This covers all cancellation processing costs (labor, website, credit card) for the order.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a cancellation of your order. In your email, include the full name on the order and the order number. Order cancellation/refunds are processed in 1 to 3 business days from the cancellation request acknowledgement.
Pre-order and custom order products are not eligible for cancellation.
