Shipping / Return / Refund Policies
How stuff ships:
Due to continuing issues with global supply chain for raw materials, there may be extended lead time on items. Please contact us prior to checkout, if you need a lead time estimate. This is only an estimate. Our products are custom to semi-custom and are produced in small batches to control quality. Because of this, we have entire runs of parts sell out in one day. Pre-orders for parts are recommended. Place your order and be patient. You will receive tracking information for your order as soon as it's ready to ship.
In stock parts will typically ship on the next business day. Our larger custom items (splitters, wings, side splitters, diffusers) can ship LTL freight or UPS Ground.
How the Return & Exchange Policy works:
We accept product returns that are unused and in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please attach any information such as your order invoice or email conversations to help process your return as fast as possible. Email email@example.com to initiate a return and receive an RMA number (typically your order number), if required. Customer will pay a 20% restocking fee and all applicable return shipping cost. Refund will be processed, in 24-72 hours (1-3 business days), once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Orders/items can be exchanged for a like product, prior to shipment of the order. If customer order has shipped, the customer will pay return shipping of original order. Once the original order is received, the replacement/exchange item will be shipped.
Our Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

All sale prices are final. This includes pre-order items.
Orders that are eligible to be cancelled by the customer, prior to order shipment, will incur a 10% refund processing fee. This is strictly to cover all processing fees (website and credit card) for the cancelled order. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a cancellation of your order. In the email, include the name on the order and the order number. Order cancellation/refunds are processed 24-72 hours (1-3 business days) from cancellation request acknowledgement, via email.
Pre-order and custom order products are not eligible for cancellation.
