We've brought the craftsmanship and quality back to off road products, and couldn't be more excited about it. The steps are machined from 6061 billet aluminum, and the robust clamp assemblies are machined from even stronger 7075 billet aluminum. As some of the largest billet aluminum auto accessories available today, they represent an incredible value for their size, design, and quality.
Fitment:
MAGNUM STIRRUP is mounted to your OEM rocker rail with 4 Clamps each and M8 and M10 316 stainless fasteners. Nothing but the best. A single M8 bolt alone has 110,000 PSI tensile strength! The MAGNUM is definitely more solid than the rail it's mounted to. With its coating and the use of aluminum and stainless, the MAGNUM will require little maintenance and it will last the life of your Bronco.
Options:
The MAGNUM is available in for both 2 Door and 4 Door Broncos. The 2 Door MAGNUM is a 60” solid billet aluminum piece, and the 4 door MAGNUM adds fifteen inches of length.
Specs:
We cut down 12' x 5" x 1.75" of USA made 6061 billets to size, and machined them right here at STARKILLER BASE.
For a raw aluminum look, we post-machine to remove powder coating from the top surface, revealing the raw billet aluminum beneath, and a seriously classy contrast. This also gives the MAGNUM years of striking good looks and no rust ever. The more you step on it, the more naturally worn the aluminum will look, without affecting the powder coat finish.
As with all of our products, this is not rinse and repeat jeep-level engineering. Everything is multi-op, chamfered edges, post machining, color matching OEM+ GOODNESS. Our intent is for the MAGNUM to look like it was on your Bronco from the factory.
AR | MAGNUM Clamp Bracket
The MAGNUM Clamp bracket is standard for both 2 Door and 4 Door MAGNUM. Both the 2" drop location and standard height (more even with the top of the OEM slider, are available on the Clamp Bracket.) This is the same tried and tested Clamp used with the AR | STIRRUP, with twice as many claps. The Clamp is secured with a pair of M6 316 stainless steel bolts and heavy duty rubber isolators to ensure zero metal-on-metal contact with your OEM rail. No metal chaffing means no wear on your rock rail's finish.
The Clamp bracket can be easily installed and removed in minutes, with all the mounting hardware hidden and counter bored, protecting it from debris.
